Tibetan Bowls and Sound Healing
Sound Healing Therapy is a combination of sound and massage created by Tibetan bowls.
The massage is a 75-90 minute therapy. During the therapy, you remain fully clothed, and singing bowls are played around and on your body.
One bowl is used for a sliding massage. The bowls are played simultaneously and the feeling is like being on a cloud of vibrations.
How does it work?
The basic building block of the human body is the cell, and the simplest way to communicate with cells is through vibrations. The sound of a Tibetan bowl placed on the body, which consists of 70% water, is transmitted through body fluids and causes cells to vibrate.
Sound waves thus spread through the body in the form of vibrations. Imagine throwing a rock into the water and that is making small and large circles. This is how vibration enters the body. This action purifies the blood and massages the muscles, organs, and even bones. Internal organs are harmonized and energized.
Shooting vibrations have a calming impact on our nervous system. On the other hand, the bowls are strong enough to penetrate into the body and through the bones. The vibrations penetrate deep into places that cannot be reached by hand.
